Formerly Saigon, this flourishing city beside the Mekong Delta is the economic hub of Vietnam, a country of 90 million inhabitants. Along with Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City is leading the country’s economic growth (5% in 2012) and contributed to Vietnam being classified as a middle-income country by the World Bank in 2011, crowning its economic success story of the past few years. Rapid urbanization and an increase in air traffic are generating investments in construction, a sector in which Québec companies excel and can therefore expect to secure new business. Other sectors are also attracting foreign direct investments (FDI) such as wrapping, a rapidly expanding sector, and the environment, in light of the government’s increased awareness of heavy local pollution.Offices4 open-plan workspaces 2 closed workspacesEquipmentHigh-speed internet access, Wi-Fi Telephone line Multifunction photocopierCommon infrastructureMeeting room
